The concept behind Owned is simple: A movie with a bunch of top notch, absolutely killer sections from some of today’s best riders, produced by some of today’s best videographers and editors. Owned was filmed over the course of 11 months at spots all over the world including Africa, Israel, Europe & North America. The riders and videographers for Owned dedicated themselves tirelessly to get one of the most amazing collections of eclectic riding styles together in one release. Alex Magallan (Sunday Bikes): filmed & edited by Stew Johnson. Alex’s style and creativity stands out in his section. Hailing from Nashville, TN, Alex comes through with tons of unique spots with some wild wall rides and fast lines. Music is “A Girl Named Go” by Cory Branan. Tom Villarreal (Madera): filmed & edited by Stew Johnson. Tom is a talented rider out of the huge Florida BMX scene. After an invite on the infamous Road Fools 18 trip, Tom was a top contender for the first ever Owned release. Tom goes big and can take a beating as well. His all street style and eye for unusual spots makes his part stand out. Music is “Pyramid of the Moon” by Maserati. Jason Phelan (Nike 6.0): filmed & edited by Will Evans, with additional camera by Dick Forne. Jason can take a hit and keep on going. Hailing from Ireland, he goes big and hard all the time with out fail, and his resulting part shows all the hard work he put in. After numerous injuries and the need to replace a failing videographer, Jason gets it done in a big way for Owned. Music is “Silly Bears” by Akron/Family. Dan Foley (Premium): filmed & edited by Terrell Gordy. Dan is currently residing in Pro-town USA (Greenville, NC), which has produced its share of professional BMX riders over the years. Dan is known for his long smooth lines on street and in the parks, and he does not disappoint. He makes everything look smooth and his riding was filmed all across the United States. Music is “Brothers” by The War on Drugs. Drew Bezanson (DK Bicycles): filmed & edited by Stew Johnson. Drew gets the final section in this video in his first full-length video part ever. Drew’s part consists of him Killing ramps and cement parks alike, as well as trails from Austin, TX, and some street spots that nobody has even considered possible to ride. Drew does it all, which is amazing seeing how his filming was cut short by a few months due to a head injury that kept him off his bike for at least 4 months of the year. Music is “The Illusion Crawls” by Danava.

MSP Films takes an original look at the sport of skiing. All of the skiers in the film – park rats or big mountain chargers – share a common bond: the overwhelming desire to ski. Each person finds stoke in his own unique way, whether it be a double cork 1260, a deep turn on a storm day or ripping a giant AK line. Skiing is an incredibly diverse sport that offers it all. With the progressive skiing and award-winning cinematography that has made MSP famous, MSP takes you along for the ride deep into the experience as we share the love for the greatest sport in the world. “In Deep” also features an epic tribute to one of the greatest skiers of this generation, Shane McConkey.

Featuring the world renowned Slednecks team, Slednecks 14 showcases the best snowmobilers pushing the limits of the sport. Kalle “KJ” Johansson backs up his inaugural performance in Slednecks 13 with another mind blowing backcountry display of technical lines and huge air. Newcomers Brad Gilmore, Tyler Blair, and Grant Clarke set a new standard with big drops and bigger air, while Cory Micku shows off his technical riding skills. Chris Burandt and Sahen Skinner continue their backcountry boondocking adventure through the Rockies, while Dan Treadway, Rob Alford, and Geoff Kyle seek out the deepest snow ever caught on camera. Cory Davis and the AK crew represent hard with some seriously dirty whips and sick backcountry tricks in the huge mountains of the last frontier. Slednecks 14 is on point with the latest progression of the sport captured beautifully on high definition video for all to see. Enjoy! Filmed in British Columbia, Alaska, and Colorado.

Core goes to the heart of climbing. Join an international cast of the sport’s most dedicated athletes as they stick it when it matters most. Shot in 35mm Ultra High Definition, get ready to see every detail of some of the nastiest pieces of rock ever climbed. A close examination of each character offers perspective beyond just their achievements on the stone. From Helsinki to Hueco, Africa to Italy, the enclosed forests of Tuscany to the vast open space of the American West, this film is a study in the landscapes and lifestyles that define our sport. Be there, in the moment, as a 5.14 traditional route gets its first ascent. See the mind-bending footage from Livin Large, Nalle Hukkataival’s monster 8C. Watch as Fred Nicole polishes off his multi-year project in Switzerland – his hardest ever. All these achievements and more are brought to you here in Chuck Fryberger’s followup to the hit bouldering flick PURE. These are the moments and the athletes that define our sport, documented here with a unique style that will leave the viewer feeling like they experienced the film right along with the climbers themselves. Featuring Nalle Hukkataival, Matt Wilder, Fred Nicole, Kilian Fischhuber, Kevin Jorgeson, BJ Tilden, Lucas Preti, Cody Roth, Michele Caminati, Jamie Emerson, Sarah and Steph Marvez, Berni Fiedler, and many more.
